Please remember check in time for flights connecting with International flights at Auckland or Wellington is one hour before departure from Wanganui and for domestic flights 30 minutes prior to departure.    Pets and freight should also be checked in 1 hour before departure.

All Fares Baggage Allowances:  
Economy:  1 piece up to 23 kg

Premium Economy:  2 pieces each up to 23kg

Business Class:  3 pieces each up to 23kg

Passengers may take additional bags that do not exceed 23kg each, however, these will incur a set charge that is determined upon the location of the final destination. 

Overweight Bags.  An additional charge will be incurred for any bag exceeding 23kg, but please note any bag weighing more than 32 kg will not be accepted for loading.

International Baggage: 
Passengers continuing on international flights will normally be able to check luggage through to the entry point of the destination country.  There are, however, some exceptions for airlines not associated with the Star Alliance Group.  Passengers should check with Air NZ staff if they have enquiries in this regard.

Please also check your ticket for your luggage allowances, and regulations regarding the carriage of Liquids, Gels and Creams or other restricted or prohibited items.
